Our Hibachi style cooking has become a favorite of Naples for many years. Specializing in the finest cuts of beef and the best seafood we can find right here on the Gulf, you will quickly be mesmerized by this great & entertaining style of cooking. Everyone gathers around the Hibachi Grill and the show begins (The lighting of the Volcano is a site to be had). It begins with our home made oriental broth, salad using an oriental based mayo; everyone gets a grilled shrimp appetizer with 2 dipping sauces. White rice, fried rice, and almost any special request you might have. The vegetables come to us from the farm and when that is all combined in this demonstration style showmanship cooking, with that well marbled meat & fresh seafood – the combination can’t be beat. Reservations on weekends are “highly” suggested … but we can always squeeze in a twosome, almost.
